Custom orders can take up to 5 days to be made/embossed before we ship them out to you at your chosen rate.

We ship to a range of countries please see our shipping page for more information or check during checkout. Some larger products do not ship globally.

Unfortunatly we cannot accept embossed returns unless there is a product fault.

You have 21 days to return your item to us for a refund or exchange.

Exchanged items will be posted back to you within 7 days free of charge.

We offer clear embossing on products on the website. If you would like Gold or Silver embosssing please make sure that this is detailed in the order notes.

You can have up to 5 charachters on most products. Sometimes wide letters such as multiple W's don't fit and we will contact you to organise a solution.
