Please note not all products come with a spent cartridge please make us aware if you would like one. some come with a imitation of the cartridge with our branding.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns from overseas (Outside of the UK) due to customs charges.

Returns must be unused, in received condition and in original packaging. Returns can be made within 28 days, you need to ensure the product is sent back to us with returns form and invoice, packing slip or proof of purchase receipt. Once received we will verify the condition of the product and either issue a full refund or exchange. We will only refund the item price not the postage costs. If you wish to exchange the item, it will be posted out to you free of charge within 7 working days.

Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged

Sale items can have small faults on the products but do not defect the item from working.

Custom products or embossed products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please take extra time and care when ordering these products to ensure the measurements and initialling are correct.  Please note products are embossed as shown in the photograph, any other requirements please specify in notes, and we will honour your requirements, where possible, i.e., no dots between letters. 

Leather is a natural product and may have blemishes or slight changes in colour, products cannot be exchanged for these reasons.
