We offer several postage options depending on parcel weight the options for UK delivery are as follow:
- Royal Mail Large Letter Tracked24 - £4.50
- Royal Mail Large Letter Tracked48 - £3.50
- Royal Mail Small Parcel Tracked24 - £6.20
- Royal Mail Small Parcel Tracked48 - £5.20
We offer Free Delivery on orders over £100 - these orders can be sent with either Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce.
Gunslips are sent via a Parcelforce Express48 service however we find they often can take much longer than 48 hours, unfortunately we are not responsible for any delays in postage timescales.
When shipping to the Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes please ensure that you allow plenty of time for your delivery as often we find parcels take longer than anticipated.
Other postal destinations are available, please contact us if you would us to send you a quote for postage costs or proceed to the checkout to see if rates have been set for your destination, however these are often very high which is why we do not list them on the general checkout as we often shop around to get the best price.
Please note that personalised products can take up to 5 working days to dispatch, all other orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday.
Orders will need to be placed before 13:00pm to be dispatched within the 2 working days of that day. If you require your order sooner, then we recommend you get in contact with us, and we will try our best to get it out to you.
During our show season (May-September) there may be extended delivery times in place, due to our majority of our staff being away at the show - please look out on social media and/or the website for information on this.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
We recommend you contact us or your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
Information displayed on this site relating to availability is subject to change by us without notice. We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all products on this site. All orders are subject to availability at all times. We deliver worldwide however we only deliver to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order on this site. If you need a different deliver address, e.g. a works address please contact us to arrange – UK address only and we will try our best to accommodate the changes. Delivery will be made according to the information inputted at the checkout after your order is accepted.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods on any specified date we agree, or if no date is specified, within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example, adverse weather conditions, unpredictable delays caused by traffic congestion, road works, diversions or mechanical breakdowns, in each case to the extent beyond our reasonable control) we may not be able to deliver the goods within these timescales and we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by such circumstances. In the event that a delivery does not take place, we and you will agree an alternative delivery date.
We are also not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company as applicable to arrange the collection or delivery of products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.
